Carried out by the Fisheries Commission of the Legislative Assembly of Santa Catarina, and in partnership with the National Fisheries Secretariat, an agency of the Ministry of Agriculture.

The Fisheries Technical Seminar addressed issues such as: Safety of Navigation; re-registration of fishermen; inspection, new National Fisheries management plan; bank credit and sector statistical data.

In all these areas, there was an update on the situations that directly influence the daily lives of fishermen in Santa Catarina.
